Vintage 14k yellow gold gents Rolex Oyster Perpetual wristwatch, ref #6085. Circa 1961. Silver Rolex dial with arrowhead hour markers. Yellow gold engine turn bezel. Swiss made, automatic self winding movement. Inside of the case back is stamped ROLEX GENEVA SWISS PATENTED, 14K 0585, 6085. Comes on a generic leather strap with a generic tang buckle. Approximate diameter is 34mm.
Previously refreshed dial. The case has a small nick on the front left side edge. There are some areas of patina on the case. The watch has superficial scratches due to normal wear and age. Overall condition is good. Running at the time of inspection, however not checked for accuracy nor water resistance/proofness. An overhaul is always recommended for used watches.
