Special Notes: The Omega Seamaster Apnea was created as a tribute to eight time world champion free diver Jacques Mayol. The dial has seven circles, with each filled circle equaling a minute. The circles alternate between silver and red to measure a 14 minute dive. The hands were designed so they would not obscure the counter. The case back has an engraving of a free diver and a dolphin which is attributed to Mayol’s fascination with dolphins.
