“Patek Philippe Geneve” book by Alan Banbery & Martin Huber.  Comprehensive book on Patek Philippe pocket watches and technical information.  A must have for the Patek pocketwatch expert, collector, scholar, or aficionado.

The front cover is exhibiting some separation from the spine.  The book has some wear from normal usage and age.  The overall condition of the book is good.

François Czapek and Antoine Norbert de Patek founded Patek, Czapek & Cie in 1839.  In 1851, the name was changed to Patek, Philippe & Cie.  Throughout it’s history, they patented many of their inventions and created historically important watches such as the first Swiss wristwatch for Countess Koscowicz of Hungary, the “Duke of Regla” Westminster chime pocket watch, the first complicated ladies five minute repeater wristwatch, the split-seconds chronograph wristwatch, the perpetual calendar wristwatch, the “Packard” astronomical pocket watch for James Ward Packard, and the “Graves” super complication pocket watch for Henry Graves Jr.  Iconic models include: Patek Philippe Calatrava, Patek Philippe Ellipse, Patek Philippe Nautilus, Patek Philippe Gondolo, Patek Philippe Aquanaut, Patek Philippe Twenty~4, Patek Philippe Sky Moon Tourbillon, Patek Philippe 10 Day Tourbillon, Patek Philippe Annual Calendar, Patek Philippe Calatrava Pilot Travel Time, Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime, and the Patek Philippe World Time Minute Repeater.
